Adobe and Google Cloud announced an expanded strategic relationship to provide the next generation of AI-powered creative products at Adobe MAX, the largest creativity conference in the world.
The collaboration ushers in a new era of creative expression by fusing Google’s cutting-edge AI models, including as Gemini, Veo, and Imagen, with Adobe’s decades of creative knowledge.
Google’s most recent AI models will be immediately integrated into Adobe products including Adobe Firefly, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Express, Adobe Premiere, and more, giving Adobe users—including business professionals, creators, creative professionals, and enterprises—access to them.
These models will also be accessible to enterprise clients via Adobe GenStudio, and in the future, they will be able to use Adobe Firefly Foundry to develop and implement brand-specific AI models that produce production-ready content on a large scale.
Through Adobe’s creative products, such as Adobe Firefly, Express, Photoshop, Premiere, and more, as well as through GenStudio, users will have access to Google’s most recent AI models, enabling them to precisely and controllably produce richer photos, higher-quality video, and more.
This expands Adobe’s partner model strategy, offering companies, creative professionals, and creators the freedom and option to collaborate with the best AI models available within Adobe’s reputable creative ecosystem.
Using Google’s AI models on Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform, Adobe’s enterprise clients will be able to apply their private data for customization via Adobe Firefly Foundry. This strategy enables them to create brand-specific AI models that can produce high-caliber, production-ready material on a large scale.
To guarantee that consumer data is not used to train the company’s foundation models, Google’s AI models on Vertex AI offer strong data guarantees.
“At Adobe, we’re leading the way to ignite creativity for all in the AI era,”
said Shantanu Narayen, Chair and Chief Executive Officer, Adobe.
“Our partnership with Google Cloud brings together Adobe’s creative DNA and Google’s AI models to empower creators and brands to push the boundaries of what’s possible—from Adobe Firefly and Creative Cloud to Adobe Firefly Foundry.”
“Adobe and Google Cloud share a vision to provide the creative community with the AI-powered tools that are advancing the industry,”
said Thomas Kurian, Chief Executive Officer, Google Cloud.
“By integrating Google’s models directly into Adobe’s trusted creative ecosystem, we’re giving everyone, from creators and creative professionals to large global brands, the AI tools and platforms they need to dramatically speed up content creation and realize creative concepts that were previously impossible.”
